Sage Ventures was proud to have worked with Quadrant Global Services (QGS) and Transas in providing logistical support for their upcoming participation at the International Maritime Exposition and conference from 6 - 8 October.
PACIFIC 2015 is Australia’s premier commercial maritime and naval defence exposition and a leading maritime and defence forum for Australia, Asia and the Indo-Pacific region. This event provides an opportunity for the commercial maritime and naval defence community to engage, communicate, network and learn with unprecedented access to international companies, government officials and scientific and technology experts as well as a comprehensive program of topical conferences, industry networking and learning opportunities.
Sage were engaged to support the Managing Director of QGS with the logistics of travel and accommodation arrangements for international attendees from Singapore and Europe to the PAC15 conference, management of booth logistics, preparation of marketing collatoral and conference registrations.
QGS were faced with critical timelines and deadlines which had to be met. Fluent and timely communication was critical in dealing with the delivery of their trade booth console from Singapore which involved multiple timezones.
This project operated smoothly and was delivered perfectly on time with a successful outcome for QGS and Transas. A terrific effort and collaboration between all three parties.
